Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no hoops.
What happens if I need to skip a wash?
Tap "Skip this visit" in the app or on the website. You won’t be charged for skipped washes on subscription plans. You can also pause your entire plan if you’re traveling.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
No contracts. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
What’s included in a standard wash?
Exterior hand wash, wheel cleaning, tire dressing, and window cleaning. Add-ons like interior wipe-down or ceramic coating are available in your area for an additional charge.
How do time windows work?
You select a preferred day and a two-hour window (e.g., Tuesday 9–11 AM). Our dispatch system assigns a nearby crew and sends you an ETA update when they’re on the way.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Not necessarily. Save access notes (gate code, parking instructions) in your profile. Crews follow these instructions and send proof-of-completion photos when done.
